Meet Marcia
Marcia has a Twenty Year history of property experience. She has been featued on a TV Show Called I want That House on more than one occasion, set up her own rental property business in Fulham back in the day but had to close it down when her third child was born. Her background as a Lettings negotiator, then lettings Manager working with major estate agencies in central London from Kennington to Kensington. At Earls Court, she was the branch manager to a post she was head hunted for. In no time she turned the branch around with a great ability for sales and inter personal skills. In other words, Marcia would often win new business from new Landlords in the Kensington area and any area where she was the manager.
After some years of doing this, managing property for the Dutchy of Cornwal (property owned by The Royal Family) and gaining her NFOPP qualifications Marcia was keen to be her own boss so she started her own Property Business implementing the Rent 2 Rent Strategy. This property business model changed her life and she was able to sack her boss and never looked back since. Since then, she has grown the business and has never needed to work for anyone else ever since. Now she plans to share her knowledge to help others achieve this and much more. Since starting her Rent 2 Rent business over 5 years ago, she has caught the eye of Investors including Samuel Leeds who called her in to his YouTube TV show called "Winners on a Wednesday" follow the link to see more. Samuel Leeds also has featured Marcia in his new Auto biography to be released in 2024. And Marcia famously bought a house before it got to auction during lockdown, and it so happens the house belonged to Samuel Leeds. To this day she has not visited the property and kept Samuel's tenant and Marcia currently manages the property from London. This house will be turned into a HMO during the summer of 2024.
