I found you always to be very responsive, very patient and very courteous, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the way you kept me regularly updated, your very clear emails on all the different offers, the fact that you gave me your considered thoughts on each offer, and the way in which you signalled in advance your thoughts as to when we may need to modify the advertised rent etc. Having my expectations managed in a calm and forward-looking way was very helpful.
